Life is full of surprises. My husband's retirement was scheduled for 2012 but he has decided that he can't stand the heat of Florida any longer and has plans to retire to Eastport this summer. I won't say that he has signed on the dotted line but an interview is scheduled for June 8th and we are praying that an offer for employment is extended and we become full-time residents. I have to say, family is happy for us and most friends are too, and a few think we are daft, but I say, to each his own.
